We are looking for Marketing \/ Lead Generation \/ Business Development for PAN INDIA.<\/p>\n

We are looking for Business Development Executive \/ Manager \/ Freelancers\/ for recruitment firm with totally commission basis.<\/p>\n

Objectives of this Role<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
\n\u2022 Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
\n\u2022 Research and identify new market opportunities.
\n\u2022 Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
\n\u2022 Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
\n\u2022 Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
\n\u2022 Identify trends and customer needs, building a short\/medium\/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
\n\u2022 Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration
\n\u2022 Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
\n\u2022 Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics
\n\u2022 Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics

\nSkills and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Degree in business or management
\n\u2022 Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
\n\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n\u2022 Working experience with sales techniques
\n\u2022 Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
\n\u2022 Proven ability to plan and manage resources<\/p>\n
